Some symptoms include a dry and painful throat, distress, sweating before or during sleep, heat in the palms and feet, etc. The Flare-Soothing Tea is made of Chinese foxglove, anemarrhena rhizome, and achyranthes root, all of which improves blood circulation, clears the throat, and balances yin.
Suitable For
Sore throats and swollen gums from working late nights.
煮法 & 份量
With each packet, add 1L of water. Boil it for 5 minutes and turn down the flame to simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, or you may soak it in hot water for 30 minutes.
