1. Your Order will be delivered to you via the service of a delivery service company of our choice. At this juncture, our delivery service is extended to KLANG VALLEY only.
2. For the product of Herbal Paste and Dried Pack will be delivered to you via the service of courier service company of our choicer. At this juncture, our courier service is extended to WEST MALAYSIA and EAST MALAYSIA only.
3. Delivery Charges will be calculated based on the kilometers of the Order received:
4. Orders placed after 7 p.m. will be delivered the following day.
5. Delivery takes approximately 1-2 hours depending on the destination.
6. Else, you may visit our outlet at KONTEA @ OUG  & KONTEA @ Bangsar from 8 a.m. till 8 p.m.. Any enquiry, please call us on 012-889 4332 for the arrangement.
