Eight Treasures Chicken Soup is nourishing and replenishing. Chicken, being warm in nature, can replenish the spleen and stomach, and warm the middle burner, complementing the blood-enriching effects of the Eight Treasures Soup. It's particularly suitable for those feeling weak and with insufficient blood. Chicken is rich in protein, enhancing immunity and resistance to diseases.

Ingredients:
  1. Half a chicken (preferably a free-range or black-boned chicken)
  2. HSP01 Eight Treasures Soup Pack(containing Gutta-percha, Indian mulberries, etc.)
  3. 1-2 red dates and honey dates (optional, depending on taste)
  4. 2-3 liters of water
  5. Salt to taste
Cooking Steps:
  1. The herbs should be thoroughly washed to ensure there are no impurities. If there are red dates, remember to cut them open to release more nutrients.
  2. Blanch the chicken in cold water, remove the chicken when starts boiling and rinse repeatedly with cold water to remove any scum.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a clay pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours. Season with salt before serving.
